Scenario

The coexistence of the human, demon, and beast worlds is soon disrupted by the Overfiend, an immensely powerful demon who will be reborn after 3,000 years to reshape the world as he sees fit. The voice actor names in the credits of the English version are fake, and many of the nicknames have sexual connotations. Bill Timoney has stated that this was due to the actors’ disgust with the film. Also available in the original, uncensored 3-episode Japanese version, which is much more sexually explicit than the NC-17 theatrical version released in the US. Women are raped by monsters

At one point, the monster licks cum off a woman’s face. There is a lot of slash and gore. The story is very simple, yet they manage to tell it in a confusing way. I guess I just don’t understand Japanese animation.
